Kenrad Wilchcombe is a Bahamian Architect with nearly 25 years of experience in the architecture profession. He has trained in both The Bahamas and Canada where he gained his architectural degrees and licensed in The Bahamas where he interned and attained his local license.
His expertise is mostly in the luxury residential home market in the Bahamas, but he also has a vast experience in large-scale retail, residential and commercial projects. Kenrad is a very detail-oriented person and is ‘hands-on’ with every project from the initial design all the way to the project’s completion. He and his team of engineering consultants are able to produce all aspects of project drawings and specifications including design presentations, three-dimensional computer models, and renderings. They also produce detailed construction documents including all structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning drawings to the highest local and international standards.
He has also partnered with world renowned architects, interior designers, landscape architects and global firms to ensure that their developments and project adheres to The Bahamas’ regulatory standards and building codes, which are very stringent especially in terms of hurricane resistant design.
