Albany Residence, Detailed Construction Documents (Completed 2016) (Prior to WAL)

We worked with the clients international Architect, (K Studio Architects) who designed the house and then we did all the construction documents, architectural and SMEP with our local team of consultants. K Studio Architects needed local expertise in detailing the house for the local climate, environment and for the local code. WAL can assist clients who have a specific design or designer they want to work with and use their local knowledge to do the full-service construction documents and contract administration.
