Cable Beach Residence, (Scheduled Completion Early 2023)
This residence was just shy of 3,000 sq. ft. with a pool-house and service building also on the property. The client wanted a home with modern look and feel not typical of homes in the area. They liked the look and use of contrasting materials, light colored stone and dark colored woods. They wanted that materiality throughout the house and around the building.
