Charlotteville House (completed 2017)
This house was designed for a young family in the gated community of Charlotteville, New Providence, Bahamas. The clients wanted and modern style Bahamian house with traditional colonial influences. The house is circa 3,000 square feet (280 square meters) and consists of 3 large bedrooms, each with ensuite bathrooms and closets and a large open living room, dining room and kitchen. It has an additional sitting room and a 2-car garage. The house also features comfortable sized rear covered terraces on both the ground and upper floor.
