Estate Home Winding Bay, Abaco, Bahamas (Completed 2008) (Prior to WAL)

Kenrad designed the 14,000 sq. ft. vacation home in a modern Bahamian colonial style. The design idea was a house that flowed from outdoor to indoor with large, covered walkways and links between the various parts of the house. The house was designed with different sections/ wings and has a living wing, an entertainment wing, and a bedroom wing. All wings are connected with covered walkways that view the beach so at no point as you traverse the home do you not get a fantastic view. Because Abaco can get some really winding conditions especially in the winter months, he designed the beach entry swimming pool on the sheltered side away from the beach.
