Lyford Cay Estate Home (Completed 2012) (Prior to WAL)

Kenrad served as the lead architect/ designer and project manager on this estate which features 3 individual buildings, a carriage house, a beach cottage, and a Main House. The carriage house also functions as a caretaker’s quarters, the beach shack functions as a 2-bedroom guest house and the Main House has is a 3 bedroom home which features some old fashioned outdoor showers in the guest bathrooms and the Master Bedroom has a private balcony with views to the garden and beach beyond. The original property featured some mature native trees and plants, and each building was designed to minimize the impact to the natural flora so once they were completed, they could truly be a part of the existing surroundings.
