Kenrad served as the lead architect/ designer and project manager on this 12,000 sq. ft. home situated in the prestigious Old Fort Bay Community in Nassau, Bahamas. The home is a mixture of living spaces and entertainment spaces. It is a 3-story home with a private office on the 3rd floor overlooking the turquoise beach below.
