One Ocean Penthouse Renovations
One Ocean Condominiums, Penthouse Renovation and modernization (Completed 2019) (Prior to WAL)
The property developers undertook to renovate the 13-story condominium building on Paradise Island, Bahamas. Part of the renovation involved revamping the 9 existing Penthouse Suites. Each Suite had a loft level within the building’s roof which only provided minimal views of the surrounding scenery. Kenrad worked with the developer on a new modern design to remove the roof which enclosed the loft and add a new flat roof and 10-foot-high structural glass walls on each Penthouse’s loft floor to maximize the views from the living spaces. At the completion each Penthouse was over 4,000 sq. ft. (372 sq. meters).
